TIETOEVRY - Public 360° NORDIC SUMMIT

Tietoevry’s Public 360° software solution is used by local government organisations to manage a huge range of public services. Since 2020 I have been helping Tietoevry with their annual user conference, which has taken different forms during the pandemic.

For the first time in 2020, Tietoevry created a single, digital summit that brought together all of their customers in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. The summit took place online over three days and included presentations, workshops and panel discussions on both Public 360° services and the future of integrated project management through advanced technologies such as AI. In all, over 50 different items of content were made including many “tips and tricks” films by Tietoevry’s experts to help customers get the most out of the service. More recently, the event as returned to a regional physical event with conferences hosted in Norway and Sweden.
